How to handle the after-sales service?

  • QA 1 : Laptop overheats/gets hot

    Possible causes:

    (1) The ventilation ports are blocked.

    (2) The fan is covered with dust.

    (3) The usage environment is improper (such as using it on the bed).

    (4) The fan is faulty.


    Solutions:

    (1) Ensure that there are no obstructions at the bottom and side ventilation ports.

    (2) Use a cooling stand.

    (3) Clean the fan regularly (it is recommended to have professional cleaning once a year).

    (4) Avoid running large software/games under high load for a long time.

    (5) Check if there is a sound of fan rotation at the bottom shell outlet position. If not, it indicates that the fan is faulty and causing the laptop to overheat.

  • QA 2 : The laptop does not respond upon startup / cannot start up

    Possible causes:

    (1) The power adapter is not connected or damaged.

    (2) The battery is completely drained.

    (3) The power button is faulty.


    Solutions:

    (1) Check if the power cable is securely plugged in and try replacing the socket.

    (2) Remove external devices (USB drives, external displays, etc.) and restart.

    (3) Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to force shutdown, wait for 1 minute, and then restart.

    (4) If using a battery, connect the power adapter for charging for 30 minutes before trying again.

  • QA 3 : Laptop runs slowly / freezes

    Possible causes:

    (1) Too many background programs.

    (2) Insufficient hard disk space (especially on the C drive).

    (3) System has not been updated for a long time.


    Solutions:

    (1) Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), terminate unnecessary processes.

    (2) Clean up disk space and uninstall infrequently used software.

    (3) Regularly restart the computer, update the system and drivers. 

  • QA 4 : The battery cannot be charged / The charging indicator light is not on

    Possible causes:

    (1) Fault of the power adapter.

    (2) Incorrectly plugged into the charging port.

    (3) Loose charging interface.

    (4) Battery failure.


    Solution:

    (1) Try replacing the power adapter of the same model.

    (2) Check if there are any foreign objects or damages on the charging interface.

    (3) Connect the adapter according to the marking of the charging interface.
